旅日好手陽岱鋼今天在台灣召開第2次入團記者會，除了是巨人破例在海外再開一次記者會之外，記者會上送出紀念用的陽岱鋼「巨人卡」，也是他們重視陽岱鋼的象徵之一。
這份球員卡上印製著陽岱鋼12月中在東京開記者會的照片，可見製作相當緊急。巨人球團公關部負責人宮原壽文表示：「是不是外界稱呼的『史上最速』球員卡一事，沒有仔細調查並不敢斷言，但趕時間火速製作出來是事實沒錯。」這份球員卡只是紀念用，並不會對外發售。
宮原壽文也指出，他們會盡快設計陽岱鋼的相關棒球商品，屆時球季開打後就能讓球迷選購。
陽岱鋼也表示，自己是台灣出身的球員，本來就應該要在台灣開記者會，「很高興跟球團爭取到這一點。」
